About Practice

Established in 1947, Bird & Fairley Opticians is a highly reputable independent name, providing patient care across both Loughton and Dunmow.

Their success has been built by providing patients with a highly personal service, spending the time necessary to deliver the best result possible.

This, alongside their investment in technology (including OCT) and the latest designer brands, has seen both practices go from strength-to-strength.

What's the Opportunity

Bird & Fairley are now looking for an Optometrist Joint Venture Partner to join the team and help drive the future success of the business.

You will be a confident team player, constantly bringing new ideas to the table and working hard to bring them to life. Any experience in enhanced care services such as Glaucoma, Dry-Eye & Colorimetry will also be a bonus.

Equally important are your personal values – we’re looking for someone who is:

  • Honest
  • Ambitious
  • Kind
  • Industrious
  • Meticulous

This is a rare opportunity to become part of a practice that is synonymous with high-quality eyewear and eyecare.

The team here are passionate about what they do and believe in constant and never-ending improvement – with two members of the team currently studying for their I.P qualification.
