Are you an Optometrist looking for an exciting opportunity in a warm and friendly environment? Pullen and Symes Opticians is seeking a part-time Optometrist who wants to feel valued as part of a team and feels excited about helping us grow.

We allow 40min tests so we really get to know our patients to give them the best service for products and information about their eye health.

• No Sundays or bank holidays. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive eye examinations. You have the time to get to know your patients.
• Providing expert advice on vision care and eyewear
• Contact Lens fitting and checks
• Performing specialised treatments such as Ortho K and dry eye services (Training will be provided for this and it’s a highly rewarding area of expertise).
• Building strong relationships with patients and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborating with our warm and friendly team to deliver outstanding care

Requirements:

• Degree in Optometry and registration with the General Optical Council
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Passion for delivering high-quality eye care services
