We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Optical Receptionist. This role involves supporting the optical staff and ensuring a smooth operation of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient eyewear selection and fittings
• Perform preliminary eye tests and measurements
• Help maintain and organise optical equipment and supplies
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
• Offer exceptional customer service to patients and answer their questions
• Assist with the repair and adjustment of eyewear
