Dispensing Optician

At Eyesite in Weybridge we are now looking for a Dispensing Optician.

Known for our comprehensive eye care services, we provide everything from standard eye tests to advanced diagnostic scans like OCT and Optomap scans, which help in detecting eye conditions early on. We also specialise in a wide range of eyewear, offering designer glasses, contact lenses, and sports eyewear.

Dispensing Optician – Full Time | Weybridge 

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Dispensing Optician to join our close-knit team and help us deliver the very best in patient care and experience.

About the Role

This is more than just dispensing glasses. As a key member of our practice, you’ll:

• Dispense spectacles and sunglasses, ensuring the perfect fit and comfort.

• Manage collections and provide expert adjustments.

• Deliver excellent in-room handovers and support clinical colleagues.

• Discuss contact lenses and wider eye-care solutions with patients.

• Assist on reception — greeting patients, answering calls, and managing appointments.

• Play an active role in the day-to-day running of the practice, keeping our service seamless and personal.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is as passionate about people as they are about optics. The ability to provide a friendly, empathetic, and informative service is just as important as your technical expertise. You’ll be a true ambassador for our practice and profession, both in-practice and within the local community.

• Hours: 4 weekdays + every Saturday
