Andrew Keirl Opticians is an independent practice known for delivering personalised and high-quality eye care services. Located in Liskeard, a historic market town in Cornwall, the practice serves the local community with a range of optical services, including comprehensive eye exams, eyewear fittings, and contact lens consultations. The team is dedicated to providing a friendly, professional experience for each patient.

Liskeard is easily accessible by car and public transport. It's close to the A38, offering convenient links to nearby towns such as Plymouth (around 30 minutes' drive) and other areas of Cornwall. The town also has a well-connected train station, making the commute easier for those traveling from surrounding areas.

As an independent practice, we can provide you with the clinical freedom, time, and equipment to solve problems and genuinely help people.

We’re looking for a part-time Optometrist to join us in delivering outstanding patient care 3-4 days a week at our practice in Liskeard, Cornwall. 

What you'll do:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams with ample time to give each patient your full attention (40 minutes).
• Work with modern, advanced equipment like our new Optopol Revo OCT
• Collaborate with our experienced team of 5
• Educate and engage with patients on the importance of eye health as a key ambassador for our community practice.
• Enjoy flexible work arrangements, with flexible start or finish due to commute or child care.

• Our testing equipment includes new Optopol Revo OCT 
• We are a team of 5
• We are currently closed on weekends; this could be subject to change in the future, due to business growth. Please expect alternate Saturdays, in case our business hours are updated.
