Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dispensing Optician / Practice Manager to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role combines clinical expertise in dispensing optics with managerial responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispensing Optician Duties:

  • Provide personalised dispensing services, assisting patients in selecting appropriate eyewear that meets their visual and aesthetic needs.
  • Conduct fittings, adjustments, and repairs of spectacles to ensure optimal comfort and vision correction.
  • Educate patients on lens options, frame styles, and proper eyewear maintenance.

• Practice Manager Duties:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring the practice runs efficiently and maintains high standards of patient care.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and development to foster a collaborative and skilled team.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including inventory management, budgeting, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and practice growth.
