About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and organised part time Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of Lunettes Opticians in Sleaford. This role includes a variety of duties such as managing invoices, receipts, and payments, recording staff working hours, and assisting with payroll. You’ll also be responsible for coordinating staff rotas, supporting staff welfare, and keeping business policies up to date.

 

As part of the role, you’ll oversee the general upkeep of the premises, including health and safety checks and organising maintenance of equipment and facilities. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive approach are key to succeeding in this role.

Additional information:

 

  • 15 hours per week over two days (flexible on days)
