This role would suit someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in an optical role.

About the Role

We are looking for a full time Optical Assistant to join us in delivering outstanding patient care.

 

As an Experienced Optical Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring every patient receives exceptional care from the moment they walk through the door. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Supporting optometrists and dispensing opticians during eye exams and fittings

  • Advising patients on eyewear options, lens types, and aftercare

  • Managing patient records and handling key administrative tasks

  • Helping to maintain a welcoming and professional practice environment

 

Educating others about the benefits of independent eye care is an ongoing challenge and one that we look forward to meeting head-on with you as a part of our team.
