We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Optical Assistant to join our team at Eye Academy on a part-time basis (3 days per week, including some Saturdays).

About You
You are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and patient care, with at least 2 years’ experience in an optical setting. You’re a team player with a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with patient enquiries and reception duties
Pre-screening and clinical support
Frame styling and dispensing
General administrative support
