About the Role

If you have worked in the healthcare sector before you will be familiar with the requirements of the receptionist role and the kinds of administrative tasks that keep the practice moving. We have a part time opportunity for 21 hours per week spread across three days. Initial salary is in line with the National Living Wage, increasing with experience. The successful applicant will:

 

  • · Meet and greet patients in our beautiful reception
  • · Answer patient enquiries in person and by phone or email
  • · Look after some financial management tasks in the practice
  • · Conduct a range of other administrative tasks including checks and audits
  • · Look after our patients when disaster strikes by repairing damaged spectacles to get our patients back seeing again
  • · Support the clinical team by performing anciliary tests
  • · Take on additional roles in the team for which they are particularly suited.

 

 

You will be an integral part of our team here, helping us drive our service offering forward, always looking for opportunities to improve and innovate.

 

Equally important to us is the way you interact with patients. Providing a friendly, informative, and empathetic service is a must.
