Are you an experienced Optical Assistant ready to take the next step in your career?
Kings Hill Opticians, part of the Hakim Group, are looking for a motivated Team Lead to join our friendly practice and support the delivery of outstanding patient care.

👓 The Role

As Optical Assistant Team Lead, you will:

• Lead and support our team of Optical Assistants, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

• Deliver an excellent patient journey, from first welcome through to dispensing and aftercare.

• Support clinical colleagues, including managing pre-screening, appointment booking and diary organisation.

• Oversee stock management, merchandising, and product presentation.

• Play a key role in training and developing the team, leading by example.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to continually improve service and patient experience.

• Previous experience as an Optical Assistant (essential)

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide others

• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care

• Organised, approachable, and confident in problem-solving
