The Role

As Dispensing Optician Practice Manager, you will play a key role in all aspects of the day to day running practice. You will:

· Lead, motivate and inspire a small, expert team

· Ensure seamless day-to-day operations

· Deliver outstanding dispensing services using premium lenses

· Manage stock, supplier relationships, and boutique merchandising

· Maintain the highest standards of clinical care and customer service

· Drive business performance through staff development and service excellence

About You

Qualified and GOC-registered Dispensing Optician

Previous experience in management or team leadership

Passion for luxury eyewear and a strong sense of personal style

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commercially aware with a patient-first ethos

Detail-oriented, organised, and motivated to exceed expectations
