Independent Prescribing Optometrist- David Faulder Opticians, Kensington

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Independent Prescribing (IP) Optometrist to join David Faulder Opticians — a prestigious independent practice located in the heart of Kensington, London.

The Role

• Provide expert care in glaucoma management and acute eye conditions under our NHS ophthalmology contract
• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using state-of-the-art technology
• Independently manage and prescribe treatment plans as an IP Optometrist
• Collaborate with ophthalmologists and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

 About You

• Independent Prescribing (IP) qualification (essential)
• Diploma in Glaucoma (or working towards it) – highly desirable
• Hospital Eye Service experience preferred
• Clinically driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
• Strong communication skills and an interest in specialist clinical care alongside premium independent practice
