We are looking for a full-time or part-time (20-40h per week) Optical Front of House to join us in delivering outstanding patient care at Memory Opticians in Salisbury. You’ll play a key role in keeping the practice running smoothly, handling administration duties, supporting our team, and ensuring that our patients have a positive, seamless experience. Having experience working in the optical industry is a must.

Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and ensuring they feel comfortable and well cared for from the moment they arrive.
Preparing clinics and supporting the smooth running of the day, making sure everything is ready for appointments.
Helping patients choose frames that suit their style, face shape, and lifestyle needs.
Managing day-to-day administration tasks such as booking appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
Assisting with light marketing activities, including social media posts, promotions, and patient communications.
Supporting the wider team to keep the practice organised and running efficiently.
Acting as a friendly, professional first point of contact for patients and colleagues alike.
