About the Role

We are looking for a full-time (including Saturdays) Front of House to join us in delivering outstanding patient care. You'll play a key role in managing administration duties, booking appointments, submitting invoices and delivering ongoing care that makes patients feel confident, comfortable, and cared for.

As the Front of House for Eyes On Broadway, you'll be the first point of contact for every client, setting the tone for the exceptional service we’re known for.

You'll greet patients with warmth, offer refreshments, build rapport, and ensure each person feels genuinely cared for from the moment they walk in.

When you’re not directly customer-facing, you'll support the smooth running of the practices through a variety of administrative duties.

These include sending emails, organising and filing documentation, processing invoices, and maintaining clear, organised communication across the team.

This is a dual-site role across our Highgate and Muswell Hill practices. The ability to travel easily between sites is essential; it's a simple 7-minute drive or one stop on the bus.
This role includes working on Saturdays

Who You Are

  • Confident in seamlessly managing multiple tasks while maintaining impeccable service standards

  • Adaptable, polished, and eager to embrace and embody our refined way of working

  • Open to learning the bespoke systems and elevated service style that define our practice

  • Naturally warm, poised, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional and memorable client experience

  • Proud to offer thoughtful hospitality, including serving beautifully presented tea or coffee, as part of a premium, concierge-level service

  • Someone who takes genuine pride in the finer details, enhancing every step of the client journey with elegance and care
