We are looking for a Buying Assistant based at our Head Office in Darwen.

This is a part-time position, up to 30 hours per week : we are ideally looking for someone to work over 5 days and are open to discussing a working pattern that suits you.

As the Buying Assistant, you support the Buying Team in delivering second-to-none customer service to our internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Buying Team with implementing our product ranges, services, and pricing.
• Manage and refresh spreadsheets that capture the details of our commercial terms, and investment projects. Stay organised and keep the team aware of upcoming deadlines and changes
• Inputting account number updates for new practices with our supply partners to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.
• Manage our dedicated department inboxes and support our customers by answering the queries that come in
• Supporting the buying team to be effective and efficient in their day-to-day queries and tasks.
• Active participation in diverse project initiatives.
