As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Operations Support Executive. This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with both HQ and field teams to support the performance and success of practices across the group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviewing weekly reports and KPI performance across practices
• Identifying trends and areas for operational improvement
• Supporting field managers with business improvement plans
• Producing reports and sharing operational insights
• Supporting practice teams with systems and process training
• Assisting with compliance initiatives and operational projects
• Building strong relationships across central and practice teams
• Supporting wider operational activities across the business

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working in a customer facing environment and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills and the ability to liaise with practices confidently and professionally.
• A keen eye for detail and precision.
• A “can do” attitude and common-sense approach.
