As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Operations Support Coordinator.This role is central to helping practices across the group operate effectively, supporting onboarding, compliance, operational delivery and business integration activity. You’ll work closely with teams across HQ, regional operations and practices to ensure projects and operational processes run smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acting as a key link between HQ teams, regional support teams and practices
• Supporting the onboarding and integration of new practices
• Assisting with operational compliance processes
• Supporting mergers, relocations and operational changes
• Coordinating operational process support across the group
• Monitoring activity completion and escalating where required
• Supporting commercial initiatives and operational rollouts
• Working closely with Operational Support Managers on regional priorities

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Previous administration or operational support experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and operational systems
• A collaborative and proactive approach to work
