As a Talent Acquisition Resourcer, you will be working alongside our Talent Partners to identify, attract, assess, and hire great talent.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and attract candidates by promoting our opportunities and ways of working through compelling, credible, and engaging communication.
  • Conduct telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles while building and maintaining strong long-term relationships.
  • Manage and maintain the recruitment system, ensuring all candidate information and recruitment data is accurate, up to date, and compliant.
  • Stay informed of competitor recruitment practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that help attract and secure top talent.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate journey, creating positive advocates for Hakim Group through exceptional service, feedback-driven improvements, and recruitment best practices.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Previous recruitment experience is essential, with a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and the ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, with the aptitude and willingness to learn and use new recruitment and HR systems.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and best practice in recruitment.
