Part-Time Optical Assistant

This is a part-time position, 3 days per week, with a varied role that will include:

• Answering phone calls and responding to patient queries
• General administration and supporting the day-to-day running of the practice
• Welcoming and assisting patients
• Helping patients choose frames that suit their style, personality and needs
• Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service
• Supporting the wider team wherever needed

Additional Information:

• This role is ideal for someone with previous experience working in optics
• We have 1 consulting room
• We are a team of 6
